Services and Sunday School

“Alive in the Spirit, we commit ourselves to gather in creative worship that inspires a deeper connection with God.”

Our three Sunday worship services help us connect with our God through a variety of experiences.

Holy Communion is served at all services, and an adult-staffed nursery is available at each service.

Check the calendar for special services and schedule changes.

Traditional Services

The 8:30 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. traditional services are liturgical worship with music provided by the Adult Choir and Handbell Choir, with organ and piano accompaniment. Worship folders and video projection are provided so you can follow along with the service.

A sign language interpreter is present twice a month at the 9:45 a.m. service; for dates, click here.

Crossroads Contemporary Service

The 11:15 a.m. Crossroads service is an informal service with contemporary Christian music, led by the Crossroads Band.

We invite you to attend and explore these different styles of services and discover which one suits you best. You may find you enjoy them both!

An Open Invitation for Communion

We believe that in the Sacrament of Holy Communion we receive the Body and Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ in and with the bread and wine. All are invited to receive Holy Communion, including children who have been prepared to receive the Sacrament. Those not yet receiving Communion will be given a blessing. Grape juice and gluten-free wafers are available on request at the time of reception from the communion server.

If you are unable to come forward to receive Communion, please tell an usher and a server will come to you.

We offer special seasonal services, including Lenten Wednesday evening services, Holy Week services, an interfaith Thanksgiving Eve service, and the Christmas Extravaganza.

A Special Note for Parents of Young Children

Your children are always welcome in worship. Children’s bulletins and activity bags are available in the narthex. An usher will be pleased to show you where they are.

If you prefer, a nursery is provided during Sunday morning services for infants to age 3. Ask an usher for the location of the nursery.

Sunday School

Sunday School for children age 3 through junior high is held during the 9:45 service from September through May.
