Guidelines for Attending In-Person Worship Service
When you get to church:
- There will be an in-person symptom prescreen, that will include a touchless temperature check. Anyone who does not pass the screening will be asked to return home. To review screening questions, click here.
- Only the north door to the church will be open.
- Everyone over two years old must wear a mask over nose and mouth. Masks will be provided to anyone who does not have a mask.
- Hand sanitizer will be available at the entrance. Please sanitize hands when entering the building.
- Please arrive early to allow time for screening prior to worship.
- Ushers will guide you to a pew; pews will be limited to 1 household, 2 couples or 1 couple and an individual ,with a maximum of 5 people per pew. Certain pews will be blocked off to ensure physical distancing.
- Hymnals and Bibles have been removed from the worship center.
- There will be an offering basket in the worship center.
- There will be no communal speaking or singing during the worship service.
- Elevator and restroom should be used by one person or one family unit at a time. Knock before you enter.
- Communion will be celebrated via wafer only.
- The passing of the peace will not include any physical contact or movement from the pew.
- At the end of the service, when departing from the worship center, the rows in the rear will be dismissed first. Please leave the building immediately after the service. There will be no coffee hour in the Fellowship Hall.
- The building will be sanitized after the service.
